Our previous work indicated exposure of Human liver cell 7702 (HL7702) cells to Microcystin-leucine-arginine (MC-LR) for 24 hours can disrupt insulin (INS) signaling by the hyperphosphorylation of specific proteins. For further exploring the time-dependent effect posed by MC-LR on this pathway, in the current study, HL7702 cells together with mice were exposed to the MC-LR with different concentrations under short-term treatment, and then, protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) activity and expression of proteins related to INS signaling, as well as the characteristics of their action in the liver, were investigated. The results indicated, in HL7702 cells with 0.

Primary orbital tumors are common; clinically common are single tumors in orbit; and cavernous hemangioma is the most common. Multiple tumors in the same orbit are rare, which have homology and heterogeneity. Multiple tumors of homology are multiple textures of a tumor while multiple heterogeneous tumors have two or more textures.

Contrast extravasation is a common phenomenon in acute ischaemic stroke patients who are treated with endovascular therapy, but it is rarely reported in selective angioplasty of intracranial artery stenosis. In this case we present the treatment and follow-up studies of a patient with severe stenosis in the M1 segment of the middle cerebral artery. We observed extravasation of contrast medium in the brain tissue around the stent after the operation by a computed tomography scan taken immediately, but the patient did not experience any neurological deficits during the operation and the 4-year follow-up.

There is growing clinical interest in the utilization of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in the management of acute graft-versus-host disease (aGvHD), yet the effect of major histocompatibility complexes (MHCs) on B lymphocytes in this process has been less well documented. Working in an MHC fully mismatched murine aGvHD model, we found that MSC co-transfer significantly prolonged the survival time of the recipients. More interestingly, analysis on immunophenotypic profiles of posttransplant splenocytes showed that surface expression of CD69 (an early activation marker) and CD86 (a costimulatory molecule) was suppressed predominantly on donor derived B lymphocytes by MSC infusion.

Each person in the era has its corresponding mission and responsibility. Based on the thinking and practice of life health and data age, the author puts forward the "three-in-one" concept of "stereoscopic cardiopulmonary resuscitation", "stereoscopic health" and "stereoscopic number". According to the common cognition from enlarged cardiopulmonary resuscitation to stereoscopic cardiopulmonary resuscitation, from enlarged health to stereoscopic health, and from big data to stereoscopic number, we try to figure out the internal relations and rules of them, and endow new cultural connotations to cure lives with safe healthy, and digital life.

Intrahepatic transplantation of hepatocytes/progenitor cells remodels or repopulates livers resulting in improved hepatic function, which represents a promising treatment option for liver diseases, but poor engraftment of transplanted liver cells in livers has been the major obstacle for exerting therapeutic efficacy on liver diseases. We herein demonstrated great potential of multisite injection of bioengineered hepatic units generating from collagen hydrogel and neonatal liver cells (MSI) in promoting engraftment, survival of liver cells, and the therapeutic potential of liver diseases in livers. The MSI allowed transplantation of large number of liver cells into parenchyma in one time.

China's cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training in the form of a Chinese tutor classes for the training of CPR has spread across the country. It is supported by three Chinese original theoretical systems: "2016 Chinese cardiopulmonary resuscitation expert consensus", "2018 China cardiopulmonary resuscitation training expert consensus", and "Chinese public health guidelines for cardiopulmonary resuscitation". There are five characteristics in the classes, such as the "three analysis" "three-prevention" (precaution, prewarning and early identification), "three-ways" (standardization, diversification and individuation), "three lives" (demutation, transcending and extension), "three dimensional" (time, space and society).
