Methods: Downloaded prolactinoma transcriptome dataset from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database, and screened differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between normal pituitary tissues and prolactinoma tissues.

The Role of Aldosterone in OSA and OSA-Related Hypertension.

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is regarded as an independent risk factor for hypertension. This study retrospectively included some patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed by histopathology, to explore the feasibility of CT medical image texture analysis in predicting KRAS gene mutations in patients with colorectal cancer. Before any surgical procedure, all patients received an enhanced CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis, as well as genetic testing. To define patient groups, divide all patients into test and validation sets based on the order of patient enrollment.

Multi-step validation of a deep learning-based system for the quantification of bowel preparation: a prospective, observational study.

Background: Inadequate bowel preparation is associated with a decrease in adenoma detection rate (ADR). A deep learning-based bowel preparation assessment system based on the Boston bowel preparation scale (BBPS) has been previously established to calculate the automatic BBPS (e-BBPS) score (ranging 0-20). The aims of this study were to investigate whether there was a statistically inverse relationship between the e-BBPS score and the ADR, and to determine the threshold of e-BBPS score for adequate bowel preparation in colonoscopy screening.

Status of grief counseling for medical workers from coronavirus disease 2019 designated hospitals in Wuhan.

Objectives: To investigate the attitudes and skills of grief counseling in the front-line medical workers from coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) designated hospitals in Wuhan for the bereaved family members and to provide the basis for proper hospital management strategies.

Methods: The convenience sampling method was applied to select 422 medical workers who kept touch with the bereaved family members in five COVID-19 designated hospitals in Wuhan from January to February 2020. Questionnaire regarding grief counseling attitudes and questionnaire regarding grief counseling skills were used to evaluate the attitudes and skills of grief counseling in medical workers.
