Ectopic neurohypophysis is rare anomaly which is characterized by ectopic location of posterior pituitary lobe (neurohypophysis), pituitary stalk abnormalities and association with dysfunction of anterior lobe related with growth hormone or with multiple dysfunction of the same.We present a rare case of posterior ectopic pituitary and pituitary stalk hypoplasia isolated in 2 year-old male patient.

To monitor benzene exposure and to check reliability of urinary trans,trans-Muconic Acid (t,t-MA) as a bio-marker of benzene exposure in local conditions, a study was conducted on 30 Tunisian exposed workers (20 tanker fillers and 10 filling station attendants). The analyses were carried out on environmental air and urinary t,t-MA before (t,t-MAA) and at the end of work shift (t,t-MAB). 20 nonoccupationally exposed subjects were also investigated.

Etiologic factors in isolated paralysis of the serratus anterior muscle: A report of 197 cases.

One hundred ninety-seven cases of isolated paralysis of the serratus anterior muscle were analyzed to discover common etiologic factors and the mechanisms of injury producing this disorder. Exertion preceded 69 (35%) of the cases, and trauma caused 51 (26%) of the cases. Twenty-two (11%) occurred after locally invasive procedures, 13 (7%) after infection, and 10 (5%) after anesthesia.
