Background: Targeting CD20+ melanoma cancer stem cells (CSCs) subset is essential for treating melanoma. Anti-CD20 aptamer-modified exosomes (ACEXO) loaded with Adriamycin could be a therapeutic strategy for targeting CSCs.

Materials And Methods: Exosomes loaded with Adriamycin were modified with anti-CD20 aptamer and characterized by size and molecular markers using transmission electron microscope and dynamic light scattering.

The evolution of adriamycin (ADR) resistance in the treatment of breast cancer often leads to a poor prognosis in patients. Ubiquitin-specific peptidase 37 (USP37) has been recently identified as a modulator in regulating the stemness of breast cancer cells, but its underlying mechanism remains unclear. In this study, we investigated whether USP37 knockdown could hamper the chemical resistance of MCF-7 and MCF-7/ADR cells to adriamycin and elucidated the potential mechanism.

Methods: We divided 78 advanced-age men with asthma into 3 groups: type I respiratory failure (RF1), type II respiratory failure (RF2), and no respiratory failure (NRF). Pulmonary function was measured after asthma stabilization.
