After appropriate imaging, immediate surgical intervention is unequivocally the choice of management here for optimal patient outcomes.

Postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS) is a chronic condition characterized by symptoms of orthostatic intolerance. Pregnancy can cause different physiological changes in cardiovascular parameters, that could have greater impact on POTS patients.
