Diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) is a common but devastating complication of diabetes mellitus and might ultimately lead to amputation. Elucidating the regulatory mechanism of wound healing in DFU is quite important for developing DFU management strategies. Here, we show, mecenchymal stem cell (MSC)-derived exosomes promoted the proliferation, migration and angiogenesis of high glucose-treated endothelial cells and reduced cell apoptosis.

In this study, we identified a novel high-risk subset of Ph-like ALL, characterized by the activation of oncogenic signaling and the inactivation of the tumor suppressor gene , resulting in a dismal outcome. Purpose: Multiple lipid metabolism pathways alterations are associated with clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) development and aggressiveness. In this study, we aim to develop a novel radiogenomics signature based on lipid metabolism-related genes (LMRGs) that may accurately predict ccRCC patients' survival.
Materials And Methods: First, 327 ccRCC were used to screen survival-related LMRGs and construct a gene signature based on The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database.
Bacteria-based microbial immunotherapy shows various unique properties for tumor therapy owing to their active tropism to tumor and multiple anti-tumor mechanisms. However, its clinical benefit is far from satisfactory, which is limited by rapid systemic clearance and neutrophils-mediated immune restriction to compromise the efficacy, as well as non-specific distribution to cause toxicity. Photodynamic therapy as a burgeoning and non-invasive theranostic technique has drawn great attention in the field of antibacterial treatment but often encounters undesired phototoxicity of photosensitizers during systemic circulation. Herein, a supramolecular substitution strategy is proposed for phototherapy of drug-resistant bacteria and skin flap repair by using macrocyclic p-sulfonatocalix(4)arene (SC4A) as a host, and two cationic aggregation-induced emission luminogens (AIEgens), namely TPE-QAS and TPE-2QAS, bearing quaternary ammonium group(s) as guests. Through host-guest assembly, the obtained complex exhibits obvious blue fluorescence in the solution due to the restriction of free motion of AIEgens and drastically inhibits efficient type I ROS generation.

Electrospinning technology, as a novel approach, has been extensively applied in the field of tissue engineering. Nanofiber membranes prepared by electrospinning can effectively mimic the structure and function of natural bone matrix, providing an ideal scaffold for attachment, proliferation, and differentiation of bone cells while inducing osteogenic differentiation and new bone formation. However, it lacks bioactivities such as osteoinduction, angiogenesis and the ability to promote nerve regeneration.

Background: Pseudohypoparathyroidism type 1A (PHP1A) is a rare genetic disease primarily characterized by resistance to parathyroid hormone along with hormonal resistance and other features of Albright hereditary osteodystrophy (AHO). It is caused by heterozygous inactivating mutations in the maternal allele of the GNAS gene, which encodes the stimulatory G-protein alpha subunit (Gsα) and regulates production of the second messenger cyclic AMP (cAMP). Herein, we report a case of of PHP1A with atypical clinical manifestations (oligomenorrhea, subclinical hypothyroidism, and normocalcemia) and explore the underlying genetic cause in this patient.
