Methods: A total of 9,248 participants aged 45 and above were selected from the 2015 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study. Data on basic demographics, behavioral habits, medical history, physical examination results, and blood indicators were collected.

Background: Vonoprazan and amoxicillin (VA) dual therapy as a mainstream Helicobacter pylori regimen has gained momentum worldwide, but the optimum dosages remain unclear. We aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of VA dual therapy with 2 g amoxicillin or 3 g amoxicillin, and to assess the short-term effects of therapy on the gut microbiota and antibiotic resistome.

Nanozymes, known for their high efficiency in scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS), have received significant attention in promoting the healing of infected wounds. Herein, we reported a novel multifunctional PDA-PtCuTe nanozyme with excellent ROS scavenging, antibacterial, pro-angiogenic, anti-inflammatory, and immune regulatory properties. It was loaded onto microneedles (PTPP-MN) for treating infected wounds.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the clinical features, pathogenic gene variants, and potential genotype-phenotype correlations in Chinese patients with hereditary spherocytosis (HS).
Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical data and molecular genetic characteristics was conducted on patients diagnosed with HS at Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, Pingxiang People's Hospital and The Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen between November 2017 and June 2023. Statistical analyses were performed to compare and analyze the red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (HB), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH), and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) data between and within groups based on different mutations and age groups (< 14 and ≥ 14 years).

Purpose: This study aims to fill this gap by devising an effective tool specifically for the automatic segmentation of the GTV using CT simulation localization images.

Objective: A neural network method was used to establish a dose prediction model for organs at risk (OARs) during intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).
Materials And Methods: In total, 103 patients with NPC were randomly selected for IMRT. Suborgans were automatically generated for OARs using ring structures based on distance to the target using a MATLAB program and the corresponding volume of each suborgan was determined.

Methods: The residual errors of the AlignRT were evaluated based on grayscale cone-beam computed tomography registration results before each treatment. AlignRT log file was used to analyze the correlation between the frequency and longest duration of errors larger than 2 mm and lasting longer than 2 s and maximum error with age and treatment duration.

Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 100 healthy controls and 239 CKD patients, including 46 secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) patients with PTX, were enrolled.
