We present the case of a 74-year-old man with dextrocardia and situs inversus who presented with non-ST-elevation acute myocardial infarction. The patient underwent successful coronary angiography without requiring percutaneous coronary intervention or coronary artery bypass grafting. We discuss the patient's clinical characteristics, electrocardiography findings, diagnosis, and treatment, and review the relevant literature.

CSCs are tightly regulated by the tumor microenvironment, such as hypoxia; however, how hypoxia regulates CSCs in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) remains unclear.
Methods: The proportion of ALDH cells was examined using the Aldefluor assay.

Objective: Temporary ejaculation failure on the oocyte retrieval day might leading interruption of the oocyte retrieval procedure. The present study aims to understand the psychosocial factor that affects men with temporary ejaculation failure (TEF) fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) patients, and thus provide new ideas for optimal clinical treatment.
Study Design: In a prospective study, the male patients during IVF treatment in a reproductive center of a tertiary hospital in Shandong were divided into two groups, 70 men with TEF and 79 normal controls.

Background: Illness perception has long been hypothesized to be linked to psychological well-b eing in patients with rheumatic diseases, although substantial evidence is lacking, and the contribution of ruminative coping style to this relationship is unclear.
Aim: To investigate the roles of illness perception and rumination in predicting fatigue and negative emotions in patients with chronic rheumatic diseases.
Methods: Illness perception, rumination, fatigue and negative emotions ( depression, anxiety and stress) were assessed by the Illness Perception Questionnaire-Revised, Stress Reactive Rumination Scale, Multidimensional Assessment of Fatigue, and the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale respectively.

Background: A variety of different techniques or methods for treatment of tibial eminence fracture (TEF) have been reported, but there is still controversy on the optimum choice for treating TEFs. The aim of the current work was to compare the clinical outcomes of arthroscopic cannulated screw fixation and a new arthroscopic anchor fixation technique for tibial eminence fracture.
Methods: We included 69 isolated tibial eminence fracture patients from June 2012 to February 2017; 36 patients received the cannulated screw fixation and 33 received the transosseous anchor knot (TAK) fixation under arthroscopy.
