Analysis of assisted reproductive outcomes in patients with atypical endometrial hyperplasia and early-stage endometrial cancer after fertility-sparing treatment.

Objective: To explore the assisted reproductive outcomes of patients with atypical endometrial hyperplasia (AEH) and early-stage endometrial cancer (EEC) who achieved complete remission after conservative treatment and to provide reference for clinical selection of appropriate conservative treatment.

Method: This retrospective cohort study included seven patients with EEC and 62 patients with AEH who underwent in vitro fertilization or intracytoplasmic sperm injection at the Reproductive Center of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between August 2015 and October 2023. The authors divided the participants into two groups based on the type of fertility-sparing treatment received: the oral medication group and the levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (LNG-IUS) group.

Seizure course of PCDH19 clustering epilepsy in female children: A multicentre cohort study in China.

Aim: To investigate the seizure course of PCDH19 clustering epilepsy (PCDH19-CE) in a cohort of female children in China.

Method: This ambidirectional cohort study examined 113 female patients with PCDH19-CE through multicentre collaboration. Prognostic factors for seizure freedom were evaluated by multivariate Cox regression analysis.

Crucial involvement of fast waves and Delta band in the brain network attributes of infantile epileptic spasms syndrome.

Objective: This study aims to describe the characteristics of the brain network attributes in children diagnosed with Infantile Epileptic Spasms Syndrome (IESS) and to determine the influence exerted by adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) or methylprednisolone (MP) on network attributes.

Methods: In this retrospective cohort study, we recruited 19 infants diagnosed with IESS and 10 healthy subjects as the control from the Pediatric Neurology Department at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between October 2019 and December 2020. The first thirty-minute processed electroencephalograms (EEGs) were clipped and filtered into EEG frequency bands (2 s each).

Effect of different antibiotic therapies on the reproductive outcomes of fresh embryo transfer for chronic endometritis: A retrospective cohort study.

Objective: To investigate the reproductive outcomes by comparing two kinds of antibiotic schemes for chronic endometritis (CE) in infertile women's fresh embryo transfer (FET) cycles and identify subgroups of patients with CE who need long-term antibiotics treatment.

-related epilepsy in mosaic males: The phenotypic implication of genotype and variant allele frequency.

Objective: To analyze the genotypes and phenotypes of mosaic male patients with -related epilepsy (-RE) and explore the correlation between genotype, variant allele frequency (VAF), and phenotypic severity.

Methods: Clinical data and peripheral blood samples of 11 male mosaic patients were collected and analyzed in our study. The VAF of the gene from peripheral blood was quantified using amplicon-based deep sequencing.

Angle β combined with FeNO and FEV1/FVC% for the detection of asthma in school-aged children.

Objective: The diagnostic value of angle β in school-aged children with asthma is unknown. We speculate that angle β may reflect diversification of the forced expiratory flow (FEF) to some extent. The objective of this study was to assess the diagnostic accuracy of angle β, FeNO, pulmonary function parameters and their combinations for asthma in school-aged children.
