In this review article we will highlight the evidences that how oncogenes are formed due to the physical genetic variations in proto-oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes and various planned immunotherapies which will include- The immune checkpoint inhibitor-opposing antibodies, adoptive cell treatments, and biologic modifiers (cytokines and vaccines). We will make an effort to provide guidance and potential fixes for these issues, along with pertinent sources for foundational research. For suitable studies, a literature search was undertaken from various database sources such as PubMed, EMBASE, and Google Scholar.

Kangaroo Mother Care Induced Serum Oxytocin Facilitates Prolactin and IL-10 Among Emergency Cesarean Mothers.

Background: The rate of cesarean section is increasing from 15% to 40% in recent years. The type of delivery influences the hormonal, emotional and mental health of the mother, which correlates positively or negatively with the health benefits of the newborn. There have been many published studies on kangaroo mother care for mothers undergoing elective cesarean section, but there is still a lack of understanding about emergency cesarean section.

Acute and sub acute toxicity of an effective Siddha herbo mineral formulation used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in wistar albino rat model.

Objectives: (AGKV) is a herbo mineral Siddha formulation which has Sulphur, and as major ingredients and it is indicated for 80 types of diseases. is one among the diseases and it's clinical symptoms are correlated with Rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Since AGKV is a promising drug for RA, the safety of this drug has been validated by performing the acute and 28 days repeated oral dose toxicity study following the OECD guidelines 423 and 407.

Identification of Tibial Malrotation After Nailing Using Unique CT Scan Reference Line, and Influence of Position of Leg for Distal Locking on Rotation.

Introduction: Tibial torsion can be measured by various clinical and radiological methods. Computed tomography (CT) scan measurement is currently the investigation of choice. The purpose of our study was to compare the clinical and CT scan methods to reveal malrotation after nailing of tibia and also to find out if leg position for distal locking has any influence on incidence of malrotation.

Post-Renal Transplant Miliary Mottling: Not Always Tuberculosis.

A 28-year-old male, 3 years post renal transplant with stable graft function, presented with vomiting for 2 days. He had graft dysfunction and graft biopsy done revealed acute cell - mediated rejection BANFF-IA. After receiving glucocorticoids for rejection, he developed severe enterocolitis and impending respiratory failure.

Clinical Profile and Treatment Response of Patients with Ocular Inflammation due to Presumed Ocular Tuberculosis: A Retrospective Study.

Objectives: Ocular tuberculosis is an extrapulmonary tuberculous infection and has varying manifestations which pose a huge challenge to diagnosis and treatment. The purpose of this study is to describe the various clinical manifestations of ocular inflammations due to tuberculosis and to assess the response to treatment following antituberculous therapy (ATT) and corticosteroids in these patients.

Materials And Methods: We performed a retrospective analysis of 29 patients with presumed ocular tuberculosis who were started on ATT and completed follow-up of at least 6 months after ATT was initiated.
