Background/objectives: Routine screening electrocardiograms (ECGs) prior to starting medications for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) remain controversial. This real-world study assessed corrected QT (QTc) interval data from pediatric patients who had a baseline ECG performed prior to initiating treatment with ADHD medications and ≥6 months of clinical follow-up.
Methods: A retrospective chart review of children aged 2-18 years diagnosed with ADHD with/without autism spectrum disorder (ASD) at child neurology clinics in Jordan (June 2019 and June 2021) was performed, and children were prescribed with ADHD medications to manage symptoms.

Background: Adherence to Congestive Heart Failure with reduced Ejection Fraction (CHFrEF) guidelines is not easily attainable everywhere, particularly in countries with a high prevalence of low socioeconomic status, which includes many Middle Eastern countries. However, it is well-established that adherence to the guidelines is associated with lower mortality and morbidity rates.
Objective: Our objective is to investigate the adherence to the degree of treatment guideline in CHFrEF within a patient population in the Middle East and correlate the level of compliance both fully and partially with morbidity and mortality outcomes.

Bicornuate uterus (BU) is a rare congenital anomaly that may present with various obstetric complications, and very rarely may be a risk factor for uterine rupture, even of an unscarred uterus. A 21-year-old primigravida woman, at 19 weeks and 5 days of gestation, presented with severe abdominal pain and features of hypovolemic shock. Urgent laparotomy showed a large hemoperitoneum, a ruptured left horn of a BU and a dead fetus in the abdominal cavity.
