Introduction: Neuronal loss caused by spinal cord injury (SCI) usually contributes to irreversible motor dysfunction. Promoting neuronal regeneration and functional recovery is vital to the repair of SCI.

Aims: Astrocytes, activated by SCI with high proliferative capacity and proximity to neuronal lineage, are considered ideal cells for neuronal regeneration.

Background: Although with the impressive efficacy, several patients showed intrinsic resistance or an unsatisfactory response to Osimertinib. We aim to explore the impact of clinical and molecular features on efficacy and outcome of patients with EGFR T790M-mutation non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) receiving second-line Osimertinib.

Methods: Patients with EGFR T790M-mutant NSCLC who had acquired resistance to the first-generation EGFR TKI and then received Osimertinib as second-line treatment were included.

To explore the effect of intrathecal injection of lycopene on pain facilitation, glial activation, and the SIRT1/mTOR pathway in the dorsal horn of rats with burn injury pain (BIP). Here we found that the mechanical pain threshold increased in the lycopene group compared with that of the control group, (P < 0.05).
