Methods: RNA-seq and methylation data of GDM were retrieved from the Gene Expression Omnibus database.

Methods: A total of 100 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were divided into a reference group and a research group according to the order of admission (50 cases in each group). The reference group received conventional nursing, while the research group received "Trinity" nursing.

GABA-induced motor improvement following acute cerebral infarction.

γ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) plays a key role in motor learning. In the aftermath of stroke, we monitored GABA+ content of primary motor cortex by magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS), assessing its relation to functional motor recovery following a standardized 4-week program of rehabilitation. The cohort included 20 patients, each experiencing stroke within 2 weeks of symptom onset.

Circulating DNA and its methylation level in inflammatory bowel disease and related colon cancer.

Both of chronic inflammation and abnormal immune in inflammatory bowel disease can induce colon cancer. Previous research showed that cell apoptosis and necrosis become the main source of circulating DNA in the peripheral blood during tumorigenesis that reduced along with methylation degree. However, its role in the process of colitis transforming to colon cancer is not clarified.
