Rationale: Established coronary artery disease (CAD) patients are at increased risk for recurrence of cardiovascular events and mortality due to non-attainment of recommended risk factor control targets.

Objective: We aimed to evaluate the attainment of treatment targets for risk factor control among CAD patients as recommended in the Indonesian CVD prevention guidelines.

Methods: Patients were consecutively recruited from the Makassar Cardiac Center at Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital, Indonesia.

With proton therapy (PT) this risk may increase due to higher relative biological effectiveness (RBE) from elevated linear energy transfer (LET). This study assesses variations in LET in the brainstem and spinal cord in proton treatment plans from European centres.

Despite pictures being static representations, they use various cues to suggest dynamic motion. To investigate the effectiveness of different motion cues in conveying speed in static images, we conducted 3 experiments. In Experiment 1, we compared subjective speed ratings given for motion lines trailing behind movers, suppletion lines replacing parts of the movers and backfixing lines set in the background against the baseline of having no extra cue.
