[The Organization of Stomatological Care to Patients with Various Somatic Pathology].

The article considers actual national and international publications concerning problems of organization and characteristics of stomatological care support of patients with particular types of somatic pathology. The new approaches are analyzed concerning organization of efficient stomatological care of patients with various diseases.

[The Modern Characteristics of Anti-Tuberculosis Care Support of Population of the Chechen Republic].

Despite a steady tendency of decreasing of indices of morbidity of tuberculosis of population of the Chechen Republic, the problems related to early diagnosis of tuberculosis and organization of specialized medical care of patients continue to be unresolved. The questionnaire survey of administrators of anti-tuberculosis medical organizations of the Chechen Republic was carried out with the purpose of establishing difficulties in medical care support of patients with tuberculosis and determining main directions of their overcoming. The results of study demonstrated that main problems are asocial behavior of patients, inadequate staffing of institutions with medical and paramedical personnel, absence of proper relationship with other medical organizations, inadequate level of financing.

[Laparoscopic segmental ureteral resection with ileal-ureter substitution for ureteral urothelial carcinoma].

Ureteral resection for the mid-ureter urothelial carcinoma is the operation of choice in patients with low-grade tumors. However, extensive excision within normal tissues may lead to difficulty in appropriate apposition of the ends of the ureter, while incomplete resection increases the risk of oncological progression. This article describes the first experience with laparoscopic segmental ureteral resection with the ileal - ureter substitution for mid-ureter urothelial carcinoma.

The article reviews the domestic and international literature on the issues of biomolecular diagnosis of acute renal injury in the perioperative period in patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Emerging opportunities for early detection of tumors make even more relevant the use of minimally invasive interventions. Of equal importance is the assessment of renal function in patients with diagnosed RCC and the prediction of acute renal injury and progression of chronic kidney disease in the postoperative period.

The hyper-sensitivity of delayed type is one of important manifestations of cellular immunity. The successful studying of this phenomenon can favor solution of actual issues of pathogenesis, diagnostics and treatment of bacterial infections. The present review considers hyper-sensitivity of delayed type as an important area of cellular immunity under infectious pathology and macrophage-inhibiting factor as an important lymphocyte mediator: cytokine and hormone.

[The patterns of alteration of content of growth-stimulating and growth-inhibiting factors in blood serum under β-cell chronic lymphatic leukemia and their diagnostic value.].

The article evaluates balance of growth-stimulating and growth-inhibiting factors in blood serum of patients with different stages of B-cell chronic lymphatic leukemia residing on examination and hospital treatment in Saratov clinic of occupational pathology and hematology in 2007-2016. The indices of content of VEGF165, PDGF-AB, pRb, p53 and p73 in blood serum was detected using solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The specific characteristic of B-cell chronic lymphatic leukemia became stably higher content of growth-stimulating cytokines of development of disease that permitted to conclude about (VEGF165, PDGF-AB) in dynamics of development of disease that permitted to conclude about their important role in mechanisms of oncogene transformation and stimulation of proliferation activity of neoplastic cells at various stages of pathology.

[The diagnostic detection of sIgE to allergens of trees' pollen by rest-system «Alkor-Bio» and Immunocap technique.].

The article presents the results of preliminary analysis of 320 pair results of testing of children with bronchial asthma and/or allergic rhinitis conditioned by tree pollen. The imported and national test-systems ImmunoCAP and Alkor-Bio were applied. The detailed analysis of study results of the mentioned tests demonstrated that detection of levels of allergen-specific IgE in patients using test-systems Alkor-Bio and ImmunoCAP shows high degree of data matching related to a number of tree allergens.

[The relationship of level of transforming growth factor beta 1 with liver fibrosis in children with congenital diseases of hepatobilliary system.].

The article considers results of studying level of transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1) in blood plasma of children with terminal stage of hepatic failure before and after transplantation of liver. The relationship of level of cytokine with degree of of liver fibrosis is analyzed. It is demonstrated that level of TGF-β1 in blood plasma of children with hepatic failure is lower in comparison with healthy children and depends on degree of severity of liver fibrosis.

They attract attention from the middle of 1960s as a cause of development of septic endocarditis, sepsis, pneumonia and other types of pathology developed against the background of immunodeficiency. The parameter «concentration of IgE to allergens of cocksfoot» - IgE(g3) - is a key one for evaluating in blood serum of patients content of IgE to allergens of grain herbs matched to cocksfoot: randall, timothy, Kentucky bluegrass, field brome, meadow foxtail, French ryegrass.

In conditions of prevalence of medicine-resistant strains of mycobacteria of tuberculosis necessity in accelerated, including phenotype techniques of detection of sensitivity of mycobacteria to anti-microbial chemotherapeutic medications in clinical samples is an actual issue. The results of application of accelerated phenotype techniques of detection of sensitivity of clinical strains of mycobacteria of tuberculosis to anti-microbial chemotherapeutic medications on the basis application of lytic mycobacteriophage D29 are presented. The principle of technique is in evaluation of reproduction of mycobacteriophage in cells of mycobacteria of tuberculosis in presence of sensitive to them anti-bacterial medications.

The normocytic normochromic anemia is one of signs of progressing chronic kidney diseases mainly related to absolute or relative decreasing of production of erythropoietin and iron deficiency. The last decade discovery of hepcidin (regulator of iron homeostasis) and also various factors and signaling pathways regulating its metabolism the pathophysiology of anemia under chronic kidney diseases is understood significantly better. As a result, dramatically increased research concerning development of potentially new pharmaceuticals that can be used for treatment of kidney anemia with more or less efficiency and safety.

[The clinical immunologic characteristic and laboratory diagnostic of bronchial asthma under pecilomycosis.].

The actuality of the problem is is conditioned by detection of infection of patients' blood with fungi genus paecilomyces in the form of carriage or activation of pecilomycosis infection with clinical manifestation of allergic diseases and bronchial asthma. The purpose of study is to analyze clinical and immunologic characteristics of bronchial asthma under pecilomycosis and to develop new approaches to its laboratory diagnostic in conditions of the primary health care unit. The complex examination of patients that included collection of allergy anamnesis, physical examination, application of laboratory, cytology, immunology and microbiology analysis was carried out.
