Introduction: Early diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is extremely difficult, due to the late development of clinical manifestations. The study of the aberrant expression of tumor-associated antigens and a production of autoantibodies to these proteins seems promising and novel method for RCC diagnosis.

Aim: To evaluate the possibility of using arrestin-1 (Arr-1), recoverin (Rec) and autoantibodies against arrestin-1 (AAA1) and recoverin (AAR) as a kidney tumor biomarker.

The development of new medications increasing bio-availability and efficacy of existing pharmaceuticals is considered as an alternative to implementation of new medications that can significantly reduce time-frame and costs of bringing medication to the market, acquired in recent decades high practical and scientific importance. The new effective medications include trans-dermal therapeutic systems (TTS) that are capable of providing a controlled release of the active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) through the skin into the bloodstream at a therapeutically optimal rate for a long time. The application of TTS is painless and convenient.

[Diagnostic utility of positronic emission tomography in recurrences of prostate cancer].

An analysis of national and foreign literature dedicated to recurrence of prostate cancer, is presented in the article. The diagnostic utility of positronic emission tomography, fused with computer tomography and magnetic resonance tomography in case of biochemical recurrences of prostate cancer is discussed.

[The features of course of chronic abacterial prostatitis with inflammatory compoment in men of the first period of mature age depending on the somatotype. Part 2: laboratory and imaging characteristics].

Aim: to study the course of chronic abacterial prostatitis with the inflammatory component (CAPIC) depending on the somatotype in men of the first period of mature age taking complex treatment with a use of local and systemic ozone therapy.

Materials And Methods: A total of 306 men of asthenic, normostenic and pyknic somatotypes with CAPIC were followed-up. Along with standard therapy, all patients received systemic and local ozone therapy.

[Use of volumetric dynamic voiding multispiral computed cystourethrography in diagnosis and evaluation of treatment efficiency of congenital and acquired pathology of the urogenital area].

Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the possibilities of volumetric dynamic voiding multispiral computed cystourethrography (VDMMCT) for assessment of the lower urinary tract during voiding.

Materials And Methods: VDMMCT was performed in a series of 22 patients with various urethral pathologies using 320 detector rows (640 unique slices; row width 0,5 mm). This method allows to cover the scan area of 16 cm per one rotation of the X-ray tube.

[The application of registries of accounts of mandatory medical insurance for analysis of compliance of anti-tumor treatment to clinical recommendations].

The article describes the principles of choosing parameters to be included into account registry of mandatory medical insurance system in 2019. The parameters should be applied for retrospective analysis of anti-neoplasm treatment of solid tumors in adults for accordance with clinical recommendations. It is proposed to extend account registries of mandatory medical insurance system with additional 13 parameters, reflecting both tumor type and course of disease and stages of medical care as well.

[The participation of religious organizations in formation of population attitude to transplantation of organs and tissues].

The article discusses issue of possibility of influence of religious organizations on the attitude of population to issues of human organ transplantation. The attitude of followers of different religions to key issues of bioethics related to organ donation and transplantation is analyzed. It is concluded that there are no definite prohibitions on implementing this kind of medical intervention in modern religious regulations.

The article presents technique of calculation of the planned volume of outpatient care consumed by population of the subject of the Russian Federation considering demographic structure and level of morbidity. It is focused on correcting pathological process in specific individual considering unique characteristics of its genome. The other most important feature is its expressed preventive direction.

[Medical treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia with 5-reductase inhibitors].

The results of studies comparing the therapy of benign prostatic hyperplasia with 5-reductase inhibitors and 1-blockers are presented in the article. Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a common disease in older men. Pathogenetic treatment allows to block a progression of prostatic hyperplasia and is of greatest interest in the treatment of this disease.

[Psyhosomatic aspects of dysuria in women from the perspective of an interdisciplinary approach].

In clinical practice, urologist often has to treat women who have various forms of dysuria that do not have a pathomorphological substrate and manifest by various types of urinary disturbances and pathological sensations in the urinary tract. The relevance of this topic can be explained by the increasing prevalence of dysuria, its recurrent nature and insufficient efficiency of routine urotherapy, including the use of an extensive armamentarium of drugs and interventions, as well as by pronounced discomfort and a significant decrease in the quality of life and working capacity in the socially active adult patients. Despite a steady growing of interest in this problem, most researchers use a variety of questionnaires and evaluation methods and receive extremely unreliable data that do not contribute to an understanding of the serious psychourological problem of a particular patient with dysuria.

[Inluence of osteoporosis and its causative factors on the prevention of recurrence of urinary stone disease].

Introduction: The aim of postoperative examination, treatment and follow-up of patients with urinary stone disease is a prevention of recurrence. A choice of method of prevention is based on the results of postoperative examination with consideration of etiological factors of urinary stone disease. An analysis of influence of osteoporosis and its causative factors on the recurrence of urinary stone disease is presented in the article.

[The evaluation of efficiency of rehabilitation activities concerning the disabled in the Russian Federation].

The system improving of medical and social expertise and rehabilitation is one of the basic concepts of the long-term socio-economic development of Russian Federation until 2020. The implementation of a complex of habilitation and rehabilitation measures covering the social sphere, including health care, professional employment and education, should be carried out at an early date, consistently with respect to the routing of the disabled and be individual in nature. The result of research, the main factors that determine its lack of effectiveness were identified.

[The evaluation of prevalence risk factors of emotional burning-out syndrome in health care managers].

Professional activities of health care managers is connected with the impact of many stress factors as a result of which the burnout syndrome may develop. The aim of the study was to evaluate the incidence of this syndrome among the health care managers and risk factors responsible for its development. In the case group of managers (170 persons) burnout syndrome was detected in 24,7% and 44,7% displayed the initial (I-II) stages of it.

[The problems and perspectives of development of mandatory medical insurance in the Russian Federation].

The main results of the functioning of the compulsory health insurance system in the Russian Federation for 25 years were analyzed. A brief review of the assessment of the Russian healthcare model by foreign and domestic experts is presented. Negative and positive results of the modernization of compulsory medical insurance, the impact of payment methods on the efficient use of resources, increasing the availability and quality of medical care are formulated.
