Chemotherapeutic resistance in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) has brought great challenges to the improvement of patient survival. The mechanisms of taxane chemoresistance in TNBC have not been well investigated. Our results illustrated C-C motif chemokine ligand 20 (CCL20) was significantly elevated during taxane-containing chemotherapy in breast cancer patients with nonpathologic complete response.

Objective: To evaluate the molecular mechanism of proliferation and invasion inhibition in oral squamous cell carcinoma transfected with recombinant adenovirus-p53 (Ad-p53).

Methods: Tca8113 cell lines were transfected with Ad-p53. Then the effect of p53 overexpression on cancer cells proliferation and invasion was observed.

Objective: To find out some parameters to judge the stability of the wrists after tour-corner arthrodesis and to explore the strategy for improving the range of motion (ROM) of the wrist after four-corner arthrodesis.

Methods: After the simulated four-corner arthrodesis was performed in both wrists of 8 men and 4 women cadaver, the wrists were fixed on the wrist motor simulator; and wrist movement including flexion, extension, radial deviation, ulnar deviation was simulated. The standard posteroanterior and lateral radiographs were taken for measuring the change of capitolunate angle (alpha), radiolunate angle (beta), capitolunate posteroanterior angle (theta), the height (H) and width (W) of the fused four carpal bone bloc.
