- - The study aimed to compare the early clinical effects of two surgical techniques—percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (PE-TLIF) and minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF)—in treating middle-aged and elderly patients with single-level lumbar disc herniation and instability.
- - Results showed that the PE-TLIF group experienced less back pain and shorter recovery times, although the surgery took longer and had more blood loss compared to the MIS-TLIF group.
- - Both surgical methods were deemed effective, but PE-TLIF patients had quicker returns to normal activities, while MIS-TLIF patients reported more complications.

The present study aimed to investigate the significance of targeting protein for Xenopus kinesin-like protein 2 (TPX2) expression in osteosarcoma. First, the TPX2 expression and survival analysis data were evaluated from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. Next, reverse transcription-quantitative PCR was used to explore the expression of TPX2 in osteosarcoma tissues.

To investigate the goal-oriented retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy and report the initial experiment. A total of 102 patients were selected to our clinic experiment, and performed retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy with the new method. including adrenal cortex adenoma 76 cases, phaochromocytoma 12 cases, adrenal cyst 6 cases, myelolipoma 4 cases, gangliocytoma 1 case and corticohyperplassia 3 cases.
