Rationale And Objectives: The optimal prognostic assessment for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after drug-eluting bead transarterial chemoembolization (DEB-TACE) remains unclear. This study aimed to propose a novel staging system in comparison with the current staging systems for HCC following DEB-TACE.
Materials And Methods: From four centers, patients with HCC undergoing DEB-TACE as the initial therapy were retrospectively included and classified into training and validation sets.

Rationale And Objectives: This study aimed to propose a novel approach of lipiodol combined with drug-eluting beads transarterial chemoembolization (Lipiodol-DEB TACE) and to compare the safety and efficacy with DEB-TACE alone for patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
Materials And Methods: From the database of four centers, the records of patients with HCC who received DEB-TACE or Lipiodol-DEB TACE as initial treatment were retrospectively evaluated. The tumor response was measured based on the Modified Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors.

Background: Fallopian tubal tuberculosis (FTTB), which typically presents with non-specific clinical symptoms and mimics ovarian malignancies clinically and radiologically, often affects young reproductive females and can lead to infertility if not promptly managed. Early diagnosis by imaging modalities is crucial for initiating timely anti-tuberculosis (anti-TB) treatment. Currently, comprehensive radiological descriptions of this relatively rare disease are limited.

Background: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infections is an important public health problem worldwide and closely affect extrahepatic cancer. Several recent studies have investigated the relationship between HBV infection and head and neck cancer (HNC), but their findings were inconsistent. In order to address the limitations of small sample sizes, we conducted a meta-analysis to assess the association between HBV and HNC.

Rationale And Objectives: To evaluate the image quality of low-dose CT colonography (CTC) using deep learning-based reconstruction (DLR) compared to iterative reconstruction (IR).
Materials And Methods: Adults included in the study were divided into four groups according to body mass index (BMI). Routine-dose (RD: 120 kVp) CTC images were reconstructed with IR (RD-IR); low-dose (LD: 100kVp) images were reconstructed with IR (LD-IR) and DLR (LD-DLR).

Background: Preoperative evaluation of aggressiveness, including tumor histological subtype, grade of differentiation, Federation International of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage, and depth of myometrial invasion, is significant for treatment planning and prognosis in endometrial carcinoma (EC). The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether three-dimensional (3D) magnetic resonance elastography (MRE) can help predict the aggressiveness of EC.
Methods: From August 2015 to January 2019, 82 consecutive patients with suspected uterine tumors underwent pelvic MRI and MRE scans, and 15 patients with confirmed EC after surgical resection were enrolled.

Objectives: To assess the methodological quality of radiomic studies based on positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) images predicting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation status in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
Methods: We systematically searched for eligible studies in the PubMed and Web of Science datasets using the terms "radiomics", "PET/CT", "NSCLC", and "EGFR". The included studies were screened by two reviewers independently.

Objectives: To develop and validate a radiomic model to predict the rapid progression (defined as volume growth of pneumonia lesions > 50% within seven days) in patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
Methods: Patients with laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 who underwent longitudinal chest CT between January 01 and February 18, 2020 were included. A total of 1316 radiomic features were extracted from the lung parenchyma window for each CT.

Background: Lymphovascular invasion (LVI) is a vital risk factor for prognosis across cancers. We aimed to develop a scoring system for stratifying LVI risk in patients with breast cancer.
Methods: A total of 301 consecutive patients (mean age, 49.

Objectives: The energy consumption process of cochlea and neural signal transduction along the auditory pathway are highly dependent on blood oxygen supply. At present, it is under debate on whether the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) would affect the auditory function since the patients suffer from low oxygen saturation. Moreover, it is difficult to detect the functional state of auditory in less severe stage of OSAS.

Purpose: To investigate image quality and radiation dose of CT coronary angiography (CTCA) scanned using automatic tube current modulation (ATCM) and reconstructed by strong adaptive iterative dose reduction three-dimensional (AIDR3D).
Methods: Eighty-four consecutive CTCA patients were collected for the study. All patients were scanned using ATCM and reconstructed with strong AIDR3D, standard AIDR3D and filtered back-projection (FBP) respectively.
