Hyperoxia-induced acute lung injury (HALI) is an important complication of clinical oxygen therapy, which is mainly characterized by acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) in adults and broncho-pulmonary dysplasia (BPD) in infants. HALI seriously affects the prognosis and quality of life of patients, so it has received more and more attention.
