Endoscopy's ability to provide close observation, deep magnification, and multi-angle views has proven to be an effective tool for minimally invasive craniotomy in neurosurgery. However, no large case series have been published on the use of fully endoscopic-assisted minimally invasive keyhole craniotomy for clipping intracranial aneurysms (IAs). To evaluate the value of fully endoscopic-assisted minimally invasive keyhole craniotomy in the treatment of anterior circulation aneurysms.

To investigate the application of radiochromic film LD-V1 for measuring the dose profile of wide detector CT and comparing the measurements with the console-displayed CTDI, with the aim of obtaining correction factors. Calibration curves in CTDI phantoms were first obtained with various tube currents at 120 kV. Then, at the selected wide beam collimations (80, 100, 120, 140, 160 mm), the film was placed in the extended phantom holes to obtain the dose profile.

Background: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a prevalent malignancy of the hematologic system. Despite advancements in therapeutic approaches, significant heterogeneity and therapeutic resistance pose substantial challenges to treatment. Tumors driven by core transcription factors through super-enhancers can establish core transcriptional regulatory circuits (CRCs) that modulate oncogene expression programs.

Liver cancer, more specifically hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), is a global health issue and one of the dominant causes of cancer death around the world. In the past few decades, remarkable advances have been achieved in the systemic therapy of HCC. Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have become a therapy mainstay for advanced HCC and have shown promise in the neoadjuvant therapy before resection.

Numerous researches have demonstrated the therapeutic potential of adipose-derived stem cell exosomes (ADSC-Exos) in promoting wound healing. In this study, we aimed to investigate the impact of ADSC-Exos on diabetic wound fibroblasts and elucidate its possible mechanisms. CCK-8, Edu, cell scratch, and Transwell tests were used to evaluate the function of ADSC-Exos on rat skin fibroblasts (RSFs) in high-glucose (HG) medium.

Diffuse alveolar hemorrhage (DAH) is a severe complication that can occur post- hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). So far, the precise pathogenesis and risk factors of DAH post-HSCT remain elusive, diagnostic criteria have not reached a consensus, and the efficacy of existing therapeutic measures is far from satisfactory. At present, it is believed that the core mechanism of DAH post-HSCT is a vicious cycle initiated by endothelial injury, accompanied by a series of subsequent inflammatory and cellular responses.

Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of the conditioning regimen BeEAM (bendamustine+et-oposide+cytarabine+melphalan) in autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) for patients with malignant lymphoma.
Methods: The clinical data of 20 patients with malignant lymphoma who underwent ASCT after conditioning with BeEAM regimen from January 2021 to December 2022 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University were collected, and the clinical characteristics before transplantation, conditioning-related toxicity, hematopoietic reconstitution after transplantation, and therapeutic effects were analyzed. 67 patients with malignant lymphoma who did not undergo ASCT during the same period were selected as the control group, and the 1-year progression-free survival (PFS) rate and overall-survival (OS) rate between the ASCT group and the non-ASCT group were compared.

Rationale And Objectives: This study constructed an interpretable machine learning model based on multi-parameter MRI sub-region habitat radiomics and clinicopathological features, aiming to preoperatively evaluate the microsatellite instability (MSI) status of rectal cancer (RC) patients.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective study recruited 291 rectal cancer patients with pathologically confirmed MSI status and randomly divided them into a training cohort and a testing cohort at a ratio of 8:2. First, the K-means method was used for cluster analysis of tumor voxels, and sub-region radiomics features and classical radiomics features were respectively extracted from multi-parameter MRI sequences.

Fluorene-9-bisphenol (BHPF), a prevalent substitute for bisphenol A (BPA), has become a widespread endocrine disruptor found in numerous consumer products. Despite extensive research on its toxicological profile, the specific effects of BHPF on reproduction, particularly during early embryonic development, remain unclear. Therefore, in our study, we used an in vitro culture system of mouse embryos to treat fertilized eggs with different concentrations of BHPF, and applied immunofluorescence, cell live staining and transcriptome sequencing to explore the effects of BHPF on early embryonic development and related mechanisms.

Background: The significance of programmed cell death (PCD) in the context of cancer development and progression is widely acknowledged, yet its specific impact on cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) remains a topic of ongoing investigation. Therefore, the study aims to explore the role of PCD in regulating CAFs and its potential implications for CRC progression.
Methods: CAFs from single-cell data of 23 colorectal cancer (CRC) patients were clustered by non-negative matrix factorization (NMF) and the impact of these subpopulations on the prognosis of CRC patients was predicted using public database cohorts.
