Objective: To explore the effects of desloratadine citrate disodium on the postoperative complications and inflammatory markers in patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.
Methods: From June 2019 to December 2020, the patients with chronic sinusitis who received treatment in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group (CG) and experimental group (EG). In both groups, patients were given endoscopic sinus surgery.
