Objectives: Comorbidity prediction models have been demonstrated to offer more comprehensive and accurate predictions of death risk compared to single indices. In this multicenter randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase 3 trial, we aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of single-dose suraxavir marboxil (40-mg oral dose) in otherwise healthy outpatients aged 5-65 years with uncomplicated influenza unaccompanied by severe issues.

This study aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of gilteritinib combined with chemotherapy in treating newly diagnosed FLT3-mutated acute myeloid leukemia (AML). We retrospectively collected clinical data from 16 patients newly diagnosed with FLT3-mutated AML at Jiangsu Province Hospital. Patients received induction therapy with the classic "3 + 7" regimen or the VA regimen, and all patients were immediately supplied with gilteritinib after detecting FLT3-ITD/TKD mutations.

This study aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of thioamide as a maintenance therapy for peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) . This study retrospectively analyzed the data from 58 patients with PTCL who were treated in the Department of Hematology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2015 to July 2022. Chidamide was orally administered as a maintenance therapy after first-line or salvage treatment.

Methods: A model was established combining high-fat diet (HFD)/streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic mice with myocardial infarction. The therapeutic effects of transplanted wild-type EPC, Nlrp3 knockout EPC, and Nlrp3 overexpression EPC were evaluated.

Lenvatinib plus immunotherapy versus lenvatinib monotherapy in lenvatinib-insensitive patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma: a retrospective study.

Purpose: The combination therapy of lenvatinib and immunotherapy as first-line treatment remains controversial in unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC).
