The medical demographic characteristic of group of citizen injured in road accidents on the Federal Highway.

The role of citizen of elderly age in road accidents on the Federal Highway was principally passive since passengers of vehicles predominated (p<0,0001). The most of victims of elderly age (66,7%) suffered of combined lesions. Considering gender of victim, presence of ethanol in blood at the moment of hospitalization, the role of victim of road accident and degree of severity of lesions in citizen of elderly age was in overall higher than in citizen of able-bodied age up to 2.

[The means of optimization of medical care support of victims of road traffic accidents at the hospital stage: The publications review].

The road traffic traumatism remains among the most actual medical social problems in Russia. The injured because of road traffic accidents suffer of predominant severe multiple and combined injuries (polytrauma) very often resulting in permanent disablement and lethal outcomes. The existing three-level system of traumatologic centers to supply specialized medical care of the injured in road traffic accidents demonstrates efficiency only on condition of observation of routing of patients.

[The complex diagnostic of deviation in development of children of the first years of life in conditions of polyclinic].

The comprehensive diagnosis of abnormalities of development of children during the first years of life is one of the most important targets and the first stage of system of early medical care based on the intersectoral interaction of the experts. The health care facilities play paramount role in identifying children at risk, including ones born with signs of perinatal damage of central nervous system. The article presents results of the experimental study of efficiency of common diagnostic methods of development of children during the first years of life in conditions of polyclinic services.

[The evaluation of level of awareness of student youth of issues of HIV-infection].

The article presents the results of study targeted to assessing the level of awareness of students about HIV-infection. On the basis of analysis of publications data, it was established that students of the Russian universities are generally informed about ways of transmission HIV-infection and means and measures of its prevention. It was demonstrated that Russian students are not sufficiently aware of the clinical manifestations of HIV-infection, they do not fully understand the danger of HIV infection as a fatal disease, and often experience phobias against persons living with HIV-infection.

[The regional characteristics of road traumatism in the Arkhangelsk oblast].

The article considers the results of continuous retrospective documentary study of regional characteristics of road traffic injuries with medical consequences on the Federal highway M-8 "Kholmogory" in the Arkhangelsk oblast in 2012 - 2018. The analysis was applied to 906 medical records of patients older than 18years hospitalized with urgent indications after road traffic accident and received in-patient treatment in medical organizations of the Arkhangelsk Oblast located in area of the Federal highway M-8 "Kholmogory". The significant decreasing of number of accidents with medical consequences recorded in the covered area as well as significant decreasing number of victims and perished with minimal rate ​​in 2018 was established.

[The medical pedagogical prevention of deviant behavior in adolescents from disadvantaged family in conditions of rural school].

The article considers medical and pedagogical prevention of deviant behavior of adolescents from dysfunctional families in conditions of rural school, related to the need of strengthening targeted joint interaction of medical and pedagogical institutions. The description and results of testing of diagnostic tools used to establish severity of deviant behavior of children in a selected group is discussed. The interaction of medical and educational institutions in preventing deviant behavior of adolescents from dysfunctional families in rural school is of key importance for combating prevalence of drug addiction, tobacco smoking, alcohol abuse and psychoactive substances consumption, and contributing to physical and mental health promotion of younger generation, development of healthy lifestyle.
