Objective: This meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the value of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging in precision resection surgery for primary and metastatic liver cancer.

Methods: A systematic search of PubMed, Embase, Scopus, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, and major scientific websites was conducted until June 2024. Randomized controlled trials and observational studies comparing indocyanine green fluorescence imaging-guided liver cancer resection with traditional methods were included.

Background: It remains unclear whether adding CTLA-4 blockade to PD-1/PD-L1 blockade improves clinical outcomes in cervical cancer (CC).

Methods: In this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase 2 study (ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT04590599), patients with recurrent/metastatic CC (R/M CC) who experienced disease progression after or during platinum-based chemotherapy were enrolled from 37 centers across China and randomly assigned (1:1), stratified by PD-L1 expression and prior treatment lines, to receive either IBI310 plus sintilimab or placebo plus sintilimab intravenously every 3 weeks for 12 weeks, followed by sintilimab alone.

This nanoparticle could quickly respond to HO and H overexpressed in the microenvironment of acute gastritis in mice, emitting strong signals for precise localization.

This study included 40,876 hospitalized patients with COVID-19 from eleven hospitals in Henan and Xinjiang Provinces, China.

Objectives: To analyze the association of CHMP2B expression level of with clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CRCC) and the possible role of CHMP2B in tumorigenesis and progression of CRCC.

Methods: RNAseq data of CRCC were downloaded from the TCGA database for analysis of CHMP2B expression levels in tumor and adjacent tissues and their correlation with clinicopathological characteristics of the patients. Survival outcomes of the patients with high and low CHMP2B expressions were analyzed using the Kaplan-Meier model, and the COX risk regression model was used for identifying the prognostic factors of the patients.

Purpose: Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a common malignancy, with patients frequently diagnosed at an advanced stage due to the absence of sufficiently sensitive detection technologies, significantly compromising patient survival and quality of life. Advances in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) methylation profiling using liquid biopsies offer a promising non-invasive diagnostic option, but robust biomarkers for early detection are current not available. Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate whether circulating pyruvate kinase M2 (PK-M2) levels are elevated in the peripheral blood and to assess their association with diagnosis and prognosis in patients with heart failure (HF).

Methods And Results: We conducted a prospective investigation involving 222 patients with HF and 103 control subjects, measuring PK-M2 concentrations using ELISA. The primary outcome, assessed over a median follow-up of 2 years (interquartile range: 776 to 926 days), was the time to the first occurrence of either rehospitalization for worsening HF or cardiovascular death.
