Objectives: This explores the characteristics of patients with worsening dementia who did not receive a specialized medical examination or care.
Methods: This study utilized a mixed methods analysis. Of the 2712 people who received the Mini Mental State of Examination (MMSE) at the Community Consultation Center for Citizens with MCI and Dementia between December 2007 and December 2019, 1413 people who scored 23 points or less were included.
