Juvenile psammomatoid ossifying fibroma (JPOF) is a rare tumor that occurs in maxillary sinus or orbit. Complete removal is required due to the aggressive and locally destructive nature. It is hard to distinguish from psammomatoid meningioma in cranial lesion and to remove completely.
