The results showed puerarin significantly inhibited T24 proliferation and pathway enrichment analysis of differentially expressed RNAs were mainly enriched in Cell cycle, PI3K/AKT, Ras family chromatin remodeling.

This study was to evaluate the efficacy of (Kangfuxin Liquid) relative to normal saline when applied in negative-pressure wound therapy (NPWT) with instillation for facilitating diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) healing. Eighty patients with Wagner grades 3 or 4 DFUs were enrolled in this retrospective study. Based on the treatment type, patients were equally assigned to either (i) an NPWT with Kangfuxin liquid instillation group (NPWT-K) or (ii) an NPWT with normal saline instillation group (NPWT-I).

Herein, DU145 cell lines with stable overexpression and knockdown of ADAM10 were constructed. We found that ectopic expression of ADAM10 not only significantly facilitated cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and inhibited apoptosis, but also could specifically hydrolyze ephrin-A5 and release the ephrin-A5 soluble ectodomain into extracellular media in vitro.
