[Analytical value of histological research and application of RNAscope technology in liver diseases].

RNAscope is a new generation of in situ hybridization technology and with the advantage of new probe design, it is now being gradually applied to a wide range of research fields, and its research scope is constantly expanding. Our country has large number of liver disease patients, so there is a great demand for histological testing and research evaluation based upon biological information. This technology has unique specificity and sensitivity in situ level, which makes up for the technical defects of immunohistochemistry and traditional in situ hybridization.
