Purpose: Taxanes are widely used in gynecological cancer therapy, however, taxane-induced peripheral neuropathy (TIPN) limits chemotherapy dose and reduces patients' quality of life. As a safe and convenient intervention, cryotherapy has been recommended as a promising intervention in the recent clinical guidelines for the prevention of TIPN. Although there are a considerable number of studies which explored the use of cryotherapy in preventing chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN), there is insufficient large-scale clinical evidence.

To evaluate the role of conventional contrast-enhanced CT (CECT) imaging and dual-energy spectral CT (DECT) perfusion imaging in differentiating the WHO histological subtypes of thymic epithelial tumours (TETs). Eighty-eight patients with TETs who underwent DECT perfusion scans (n = 51) and conventional CT enhancement scans (n = 37) using a GE Discovery CT750 HD scanner were enrolled in this study. The mean maximal contrast-enhanced range (mean CEmax) and the perfusion and spectral parameters of the lesions were analysed.

Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the second leading cause of cancer death and early stage diagnosis can greatly increase the survival rate of patient. However, the accurate detection of HCC remains an urgent challenge in medical diagnosis. The combination of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and photoacoustic imaging (PAI) are conducive for accurate locating of cancerous tissue.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the clinicopathological factors of the false negative rate (FNR) and accuracy of sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) mapping with 1% methylene blue dye (MBD) alone, and to examine how to reduce the FNR in patients with breast cancer.

Methods: A total of 365 patients with invasive breast carcinoma who received axillary lymph node dissection after SLNB were retrospectively analyzed. SLNB was performed with 2 to 5 mL of 1% MBD.

Chromatin assembly factor 1 subunit B (CHAF1B) participates in DNA synthesis and repair. High CHAF1B expression has been associated with a poor prognosis in several types of cancers. However, no study has evaluated the clinical significance and biological function of CHAF1B in non‑small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of patients with T-lymphoblastic lymphoma(T-LBL)combined with acute myeloid leukemia(AML).

Methods: The clinical features of 4 patients with T-LBL combined with AML were retrospectively analyzed, Among them the case 1 and 2 were synchronous occurrence, and case 3 and 4 were sequentially occurred. Especially for former 2 patients, the dliagnosis differentiated from the involved lymph node of AML is important.
