The optimal cutoff point for evaluating the prognosis of localized renal cell carcinoma (LRCC) remains unclear. This study aimed to verify the efficacy of tumor diameter in the 2010 American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) TNM staging system and contribute to the modification of TNM staging on the prognosis of this disease. A total of 3748 patients with LRCC were enrolled and grouped according to the 2010 AJCC TNM staging system.

BACKGROUND Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoimmune neurological disorder of neuromuscular junctions. In this study we established experimental autoimmune myasthenia gravis (EAMG) rat models to investigate the effects of AEB-071 (AEB), which is a specific inhibitor of protein kinase C that prevents T lymphocyte activation. Objective: To prospectively investigate early prognostic assessments of patients with Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome in the Elderly (MODSE) who were receiving invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV).
Methods: The clinical data of 351 patients were enrolled prospectively between January 2013 and January 2018. The Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II (APACHE II), APACHE III, Simplified Acute Physiology Score (SAPS II), and Multiple Organ Dysfunction Score (MODS) were calculated.

BACKGROUND The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical features and treatment strategies of transplant renal artery stenosis (TRAS) with kidneys from donation after cardiac death (DCD). MATERIAL AND METHODS We collected the clinical data of donors and recipients of single-center DCD-induced TRAS from January 2015 to June 2017. RESULTS All the 8 cases of TRAS were from hypertensive cerebrovascular accident DCD-originated kidneys.
