To explore the learning curve and short-term clinical outcomes of Mako robotic-assisted direct anterior approach total hip arthroplasty (THA). The preoperative basic data, surgical information and postoperative rehabilitation of 50 patients who underwent Mako robotic-assisted THA for hip diseases in Department of Orthopedic Surgery of the 6th People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University from December 2018 to December 2020 were analyzed retrospectively, included operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications, postoperative imaging parameters (abduction angle, anteversion angle, lower limb length difference, eccentricity difference) and postoperative hip joint Harris score (hip Harris score, HHS). [Assessment of Technology and Clinical Application of Hydrosurgery System].

This paper introduces the technical features of hydrosurgery system and evaluates it from three aspects:safety and effectiveness, economy and technology maturity. The evaluation results show that the safety and effectiveness are high, and the safety mainly involves the misuse of the system, which cause the adverse events. From the survey we can show that the DSA/X-ray equipment's CSI is higher than last year, the customer satisfaction scores of preventive maintenance and service contract are lower than others, and CSI of local brand is lower than imported brand.

This retrospective study was designed to evaluate the value of contrast-enhanced harmonic ultrasonography (CEHU), diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DW-MRI) and CEHU plus DW-MRI for the diagnosis of prostate transition-zone (TZ) cancer. In total, 31 TZ cancers in 28 patients and 25 peripheral zone (PZ) cancers in 21 patients without a TZ cancer were evaluated. All patients underwent DW-MRI and CEHU followed by radical prostatectomy.

Methods: A prospective study was conducted in Shanghai Children's Hospital, Shanghai, China between February 2009 to August 2010 on 18 postoperative NPs with CIA (NP group), and 20 healthy full-term neonates raised by breastfeeding (healthy group). The fecal B&L in the 2 groups of neonates were consecutively quantified by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction on 6 different time points.
