This study aimed to identify the high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging (HRMRI) features of moyamoya disease (MMD) patients with anterior intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and attempted to reveal potential mechanisms of anterior ICH. Eligible adult MMD patients were consecutively included, and the morphological features of lenticulostriate arteries (LSAs), vessel wall structure of terminal internal carotid artery (ICA) and periventricular anastomosis were evaluated by HRMRI. 78 MMD patients containing 21 patients with anterior ICH, 31 ischemic patients and 26 asymptomatic patients were included.

Introduction: ZL-2306-005 is a randomized, double-blind, multicenter phase 3 study evaluating the efficacy and safety of niraparib, a poly(adenosine diphosphate-ribose) polymerase inhibitor, as first-line maintenance therapy in Chinese patients with platinum-responsive, extensive-stage SCLC (ES-SCLC).
Methods: Patients with complete response (CR) or partial response (PR) to standardized, platinum-based first-line chemotherapy were randomized 2:1 to receive niraparib or placebo (300 mg [baseline body weight ≥ 77 kg, platelet count ≥ 150,000/μL] or 200 mg) once daily until progression or unacceptable toxicity. Primary end points were progression-free survival (PFS) (blinded independent central review) and overall survival (sample size planned: 591 patients).

Aim: Previous studies have found significant differences in clinical characteristics between pediatric and adult moyamoya disease (MMD) patients, but few studies have focused on the factors underlying these differences. We aimed to investigate the differences in leptomeningeal collateral (LMC) status between pediatric and adult MMD patients and to analyze the effects of LMCs on clinical characteristics and therapeutic prognosis.
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 214 MMD patients from January 2014 to January 2016.

Background and Purpose- Predicting the risk of stroke and determining intervention indications are highly important for patients with Moyamoya disease (MMD). Here, we evaluated a novel MMD grading system based on collateral circulation and Suzuki stage to evaluate symptoms and predict prognosis. Methods- In total, 301 idiopathic MMD patients were retrospectively analyzed between 2014 and 2016.

This study presents three novel integrons In1394, In1395, and In1443, three novel unit transposons Tn, Tn, and Tn, one novel conjugative element (ICE) Tn, and the first sequenced IncP-7 resistance plasmid p1160-VIM from clinical . Detailed sequence comparison of p1160-VIM (carrying Tn and Tn) and Tn (carrying Tn) with related elements were performed. Tn, Tn, and Tn were generated from integration of In1394 (carrying ), In1395 and In1443 (carrying ) into prototype Tn-family unit transposons Tn, Tn, and Tn, respectively.

To explore the survival difference of patients with colon and rectal neuroendocrine neoplasm (NEN) at different stages. We identified 8 679 patients with colorectal NEN diagnosed between 1988 and 2014 from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) registry, including 5 437 rectal NEN and 3 242 colon NEN ( 1 681 cecum NEN ). Survival curve was drawn by Kaplan-Meier method.
