Exosomes have emerged as a powerful biomarker for early cancer diagnosis, however, accurately detecting cancer-derived exosomes in biofluids remains a crucial challenge. In this study, we present a novel label-free electrochemical biosensor utilizing titanium dioxide nanotube array films (TiONTAs) for the sensitive detection of exosomes in complex biological samples. This innovative biosensor takes advantage of the excellent electrochemical properties of TiONTAs and their specific interactions with the phosphate groups of exosomes.

This study aimed to assess pulmonary changes at 6-month follow-up CT and predictors of pulmonary residual abnormalities and fibrotic-like changes in COVID-19 pneumonia patients in China following relaxation of COVID restrictions in 2022. A total of 271 hospitalized patients with COVID-19 pneumonia admitted between November 29, 2022 and February 10, 2023 were prospectively evaluated at 6 months. Immunotherapy, especially with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), has shown advantages in cancer treatment and is a new hope for patients who have failed multiline therapy.
