Medicinal plants serve as vital resources for preventing and treating diseases, with their flowers, fruits, leaves, roots, or entire plants being utilized in the pharmaceutical industry or as direct therapeutic agents. Accurate human action recognition is becoming increasingly important across various fields, including healthcare and self-driving cars. A simple approach to enhance model performance is incorporating additional data modalities, such as depth frames, point clouds, and skeleton information, while previous studies have predominantly used late fusion techniques to combine these modalities, our research introduces a multi-level fusion approach that combines information at early, intermediate, and late stages together. To investigate the role of SHH signaling from the oropharyngeal epithelium, we generated mice in which Shh expression is specifically deleted in the oropharyngeal epithelium (Isl1-Cre; Shh). In the mutant mouse, Shh expression was excised in the oropharyngeal epithelium as well as FEZ and ventral forebrain, consistent with the expression pattern of Isl1.
