Introduction: Understanding the reliability of outcomes in randomized controlled trials (RCTs) is crucial, as standard metrics, such as P-value do not fully capture result fragility. This led to the adoption of specific indices: the fragility index (FI), which measures the strength of trial through significant results by calculating the minimum number of patient status changes from nonevent to event required to make the results statistically insignificant; reverse fragility index (RFI), used for insignificant results; and continuous fragility index (CFI), which acts similar to FI for significant continuous outcomes. The objective is to assess the robustness of orthopaedics RCTs using these indices across leading orthopaedic journals.

Background: The adverse effects of aspirin are dose-dependent, and there is controversy surrounding the use of low-dose (LD) aspirin to prevent venous thromboembolism (VTE) following total joint arthroplasty (TJA). This meta-analysis sought to compare the efficacy and complication rate of low-dose (162 mg per day) versus high-dose (HD, 650 mg per day) aspirin after TJA surgery.
Methods: In four main databases, we searched from inception until September 2024 for articles comparing the rate of VTE following TJA(TKA/THA) using only aspirin chemoprophylaxis with different dosages.

Hematological malignancies are typically treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy as the first-line conventional therapies. However, non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) are a rapidly expanding field of study in cancer biology that influences the growth, differentiation, and proliferation of tumors by targeting immunological checkpoints. This study reviews the results of studies (from 2012 to 2024) that consider the immune checkpoints and ncRNAs in relation to hematological malignancies receiving immunotherapy.
