Introduction: Intracranial aneurysms (IAs) pose a severe health risk due to the potential for subarachnoid hemorrhage upon rupture. This study aims to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis on the accuracy of radiomics features derived from computed tomography angiography (CTA) in differentiating ruptured from unruptured IAs.
Materials And Methods: A systematic search was performed across multiple databases for articles published up to January 2024.

Intestinal allografts, with many resident immune cells and as a destination for circulating lymphocytes of the recipient, appear to be the most challenging solid organ transplants. The high incidence of acute rejection and frequent reports of fatal graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) after intestinal transplantation call for more research to describe the molecular mechanisms involved in the immunopathogenesis of post-transplant complications to define new therapeutic targets. In addition, according to the rapid development of immunosuppressive agents, it is time to consider novel therapeutic approaches in managing treatment-refractory patients with rejection or severe GvHD.

Purpose: Recent advancements in the management of biochemical recurrence (BCR) following local treatment for prostate cancer (PCa), including the use of androgen receptor signaling inhibitors (ARSIs), have broadened the spectrum of therapeutic options. We aimed to compare salvage therapies in patients with BCR after definitive local treatment for clinically non-metastatic PCa with curative intent.
Methods: In October 2023, we queried PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science databases to identify randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and prospective studies reporting data on the efficacy of salvage therapies in PCa patients with BCR after radical prostatectomy (RP) or radiation therapy (RT).

Background: Amidst the global rise of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), driven by increasing obesity rates, there is a pressing need for precise, non-invasive diagnostic tools. Our research aims to validate MRI Proton Density Fat Fraction (MRI-PDFF) utility, compared to liver biopsy, in grading hepatic steatosis in MASLD.
Methods: A systematic search was conducted across Embase, PubMed/Medline, Scopus, and Web of Science until January 13, 2024, selecting studies that compare MRI-PDFF with liver biopsy for hepatic steatosis grading, defined as grades 0 (< 5% steatosis), 1 (5-33% steatosis), 2 (34-66% steatosis), and 3 (> 66% steatosis).

Background: Immunosuppressive medications play a crucial role in determining both organ and patient survival following liver transplantation (LT). Typically, immunosuppressive protocols for pediatric LT patients rely on calcineurin inhibitors (CNIs). While inhibitors of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) have demonstrated beneficial outcomes in adult recipients of liver allografts, such as improved renal function post-LT, their application in pediatric liver transplant recipients is a subject of debate due to uncertain efficacy and potential adverse effects.

Background: Neuropsychiatric Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (NPSLE) is a complex manifestation of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) characterized by a wide range of neurological and psychiatric symptoms. This study aims to elucidate the patterns of Perfusion-Weighted MRI (PWI) in NPSLE patients compared to SLE patients without neuropsychiatric manifestations (non-NPSLE) and healthy controls (HCs).
Material And Methods: A systematic search was conducted in PubMed/Medline, Embase, Web of Science, and Scopus for studies utilizing PWI in NPSLE patients published through April 14, 2024.

Background: Hyperkalemia is a potentially life-threatening electrolyte disturbance that if not diagnosed on time may lead to devastating conditions and sudden cardiac death. Blood sampling for potassium level checks is time-consuming and can delay the treatment of severe hyperkalemia on time. So, we propose a non-invasive method for correct and rapid hyperkalemia detection.
