Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is a common disorder in females, which significantly affects the quality of life in females. There are many consensus that describe the safety of childbearing after surgery for SUI, but still, a large proportion of surgeons worldwide recommend that women should wait to complete childbearing before pursuing surgical treatment for SUI. There is also some opinion that if patients conceive after surgical treatment for SUI, women should be delivered by cesarean section.

With the objective to understand the various traits of patients having both tuberculosis and diabetes and to ascertain various possible predictors for such occurrence based on the public health database we carried out this study. Introduction: Isolated trochlear fractures are very rarely reported in the orthopedic literature; moreover, most of the cases reported are of patients in the younger age group. Due to its anatomical position, trochlear fractures are usually associated with other bony injuries around the distal humerus and with elbow dislocation, and so, its extremely rare to find an isolated trochlear fracture reported in postmenopausal lady with osteoporotic bone.

Case Report: Here, we report a postmenopausal elderly lady suffering from isolated trochlear fracture of humerus trochlea.

Introduction: Low birth weight (LBW) newborns especially those <2000 g are more prone to hypothermia due to which other physiological parameters gets deteriorated in the 1 week of life. The objective of this observational study was to continue Kangaroo mother care practice at home and to ascertain whether KMC was effective in improving the vital parameters of LBW babies when it is given at home in a rural coal mines area, in Jharkhand, India.
