Objective: To comprehensively evaluate therapeutic effect of YiQi HuoXue BuShen decoction combined with Western medicine on hypertensive nephropathy.

Methods: The CNKI, WanFang, VIP, Chinese Biomedical Database (CBM), PubMed, Embase and Cochrane Library databases were searched to collect the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of YiQi HuoXue BuShen decoction combined with Western medicine on hypertensive nephropathy, which were published as of March 10, 2023. Then, these articles were screened to extract and evaluate the data.

Meta-analysis of the clinical effect of Kanglaite injection-assisted gemcitabine plus cisplatin regimen on non-small cell lung cancer.

Objective: To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Kanglaite (KLT) injection-assisted gemcitabine plus cisplatin (GP) regimen on non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

[LncRNA RUNX1-IT1 regulating malignant pleomorphic adenoma via mir-195/CyclinD1].

Purpose: To investigate the regulation of long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) RUNX1-IT1 on microrna (mir-195)/CyclinD1 (CyclinD1) in malignant pleomorphic adenoma (MPA).

Methods: The MPA tissues and para-carcinoma tissues were collected and the expression levels of LncRNA RUNX1-IT1, miR-195 and CyclinD1 mRNA were detected, the correlation and clinical pathology of MPA was analyzed and compared. MPA cell line SM-AP1 was cultured and transfected with negative control(NC) siRNA, LncRNA RUNX1-IT1siRNA, miR-NC and miR-195 inhibitor.

Clinical efficacy of turtle shell decocted pills for endometriosis and their influence on cellular immunity.

Objective: To explore the therapeutic efficacy of the levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system combined with turtle shell decocted pills for endometriosis and their effect on cellular immune function.

Methods: Clinical data of 118 patients with endometriosis admitted to Taizhou First People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were assigned into a single-drug group (n=68) and a combined traditional Chinese medicine group (n=50) according to treatment methods.

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play an important role in regulating cancer development. The aim of this study was to investigate the role and potential mechanism of lncRNA AK001058 in colorectal cancer.

Background: Long noncoding RNA (LncRNA) functions as multiple mechanisms, including DNA methylation in colorectal cancer (CRC). ADAMTS12 was applied as biomarkers in CRC via abnormally DNA methylation. Lnc-AK001058 gene, which was reported dysregulated in CRC, is located adjacent to the gene ADAMTS12.
