Objectives: Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is a prevalent form of non-small cell lung cancer with high morbidity and mortality rates. Identifying molecular markers and therapeutic targets is crucial for improving LUAD diagnosis and treatment. Pituitary tumor-transforming gene (PTTG) family members, PTTG1, PTTG2, and PTTG3P, have been linked to several malignancies; however, it is unclear how these genes relate to LUAD.

Lenvatinib (LEN) is a multi-target TKI, which plays a pivotal role in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The inevitable occurrence of drug resistance still prevents curative potential and is deleterious for the prognosis, and a growing body of studies is accumulating, which have devoted themselves to unveiling its underlying resistance mechanism and made some progress. The dysregulation of crucial signaling pathways, non-coding RNA and RNA modifications were proven to be associated with LEN resistance.

Purpose: Our previous study demonstrated that NRF3 (NFE2L3, Nuclear Factor-erythroid 2-related factor 3) could suppress cell metastasis and proliferation in breast cancer. In this study, we investigated the mechanisms underlying its function in breast cancer.
Methods: In the present study, NRF3 expression and its clinical characteristics in breast cancer were analyzed using public datasets and clinical specimens.

Purpose: To detect JAK2 p.V617F and measure allele burden in peripheral blood (PB) and bone marrow (BM) aspirates in patients with suspected myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs).
Methods: Patients with suspected MPNs were prospectively enrolled between August 2017 and May 2019, and their PB and BM were collected during the same period.

Recent studies have indicated that changes in the tumor microenvironment, such as hypoxia, result in the discrepant expression of noncoding small RNA tRNA-derived fragments (tRFs), affecting the phenotype of tumor metastasis. The biological function of tRFs in tumors has attracted increasing attention, but the mechanism by which tRFs mediate tumor metastasis has not been clarified. The direct regulatory relationship between tRFs and lncRNAs and the mechanism by which noncoding RNAs regulate alternative splicing are still unknown.

Background: To assess the value of plasma vitamin D level and nomogram model in predicting the prognosis of patients with small cell lung cancer (SCLC) treated with platinum plus etoposide (PPE) as first-line chemotherapy.
Methods: In this retrospective study, we included 178 patients with SCLC. The data of 25(OH)D level, basic clinical information, overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) were collected.
