Background: Concerning maternity service, the mother's quality assessment is central because emotional, cultural, and respectful support is vital during labour and the delivery process. Studies concerning the perceived quality of maternity services from the perspective of mothers have rarely been carried out in Iranian hospital settings. Therefore, this study aimed to measure the gap between the expectations of patients with maternity services and their perceptions of the service and identify associated factors at a maternity hospital in northwest Iran using service quality (SERVQUAL) and health quality (HEALTHQUAL) questionnaires.

Methods: A comprehensive literature search was conducted on PubMed, SCOPUS, and Embase for articles published online or in print until February 22, 2022. Inclusion criteria for studies were limited to the studies that examined stroke education or training interventions aimed at improving knowledge among adults aged 30 years and above, with a particular focus on older adults.

Background: We aimed to investigate the relationship between lifestyle status and metabolic syndrome (MetS) components across gender and age groups of the older population, specifically focusing on identifying the association between MetS and lifestyle factors in classified age groups in older individuals.
Methods: Overall, 582 older people with MetS in Yazd (Iran) urban primary health care centers were randomly included from 10 health centers and invited to participate in the study in 2022. During the phone invitation, eligible interested people were asked to refer to health care centers for clinical assessments by trained health researchers.

This paper delineates a set of core skills and competencies that are requisite for health policy graduates, with the objective of preparing these graduates for a spectrum of future roles, including both academic and non-academic positions.
Methods: The study was conducted in three phases: a scoping review, qualitative interviews and the validation of identified competencies through brainstorming with experts.
