Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) was first described as low-grade lymphoma associated with the stomach mucosa. Although the stomach and ocular adnexa are the most common localizations of MALT lymphoma, it has also been described in many other organs, including the head and neck, lungs, thyroid, breast, bladder, saliva glands, conjunctiva, and tear glands. MALT lymphoma originating from the dura is rare.

Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) is a rare benign histiocytosis usually characterized by massive cervical lymphadenopathy and systemic manifestations. Extranodal, especially spinal involvement, is extremely rare. Our case was deemed worthy of presentation because it was the first reported isolated case of spinal RDD related to IgG4 and mimicked meningioma clinically and radiologically.

Purpose: In this paper, we present a case of acute clouding of a trifocal intraocular lens (IOL) that resolved spontaneously by the day after surgery.
Observations: A 68-year-old woman with a nuclear cataract in the right eye was scheduled for cataract surgery with +21.00 diopter trifocal IOL (AT LISA tri 839MP, Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, Germany) implantation.

Objective: Ethical problems related to the field of anaesthesia and reanimation are generally addressed within the scope of reanimation and intensive care medicine by overseeing the particular issues of medical ethics in the practice of anaesthesia. The existing literature shows that a very limited number of studies are found on this issue. This research aims to address this gap in the academic literature and to discuss ethical approaches to these problems.

Sclerosing polycystic adenosis (SPA) is a rare benign salivary gland lesion. Dysgenetic polycystic disease (DPD), which is a histologically similar lesion, may cause a lattice-like gross appearance with bilateral enlargement of the entire salivary glands. In this report, we present a case of SPA in the right parotid and coexistent DPD involving the both parotid.
