Employee empowerment as a management intervention promotes employee engagement: Psychological empowerment is found to influence employee engagement and organizational commitment, but the effect of structural empowerment (SE) is not explored much. SE increases employees' self-esteem, which can encourage a dissatisfied employee to look for other better work options, thus influencing their continuance commitment (CC). Workplace bullying is associated with higher turnover intentions and reduced commitment.

Background: This report is based on a 2023 nationwide survey and literature review of physician associates/assistants (PAs) in India. The National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021, which is being implemented in India, included guidelines for PA licensing, creating a unified national curriculum, and preventing malpractice.
Methods: Using a purposive sampling strategy, we surveyed 536 PAs in India between February 10 and April 30, 2023.

Objective: The present systematic review explored compliance status with school food policies in Europe and the Western Pacific regions, challenges and facilitators of policy compliance, and its impact on children's diets and nutrient intakes.
Research Methods: An electronic search for full-text research articles published between January 2009 and July 2023 was conducted in Science Direct and PubMed scientific databases.
Results: A total of 659 titles and abstracts were screened, and final data was extracted from 34 included studies.
