Introduction: Currently, there are several attempts to find an effective antiviral drugs against the COVID-19. Although majority of the COVID-19 patients have mild to moderate clinical events, up to 5-10% may have severe, life threatening events that urgently require effective drugs. The purpose of this systematic review is to evaluate the effectiveness of antiviral therapies in the treatment of COVID-19.

Background: The safety and efficacy of antenatal glucocorticoids in women in low-resource countries who are at risk for preterm birth are uncertain.
Methods: We conducted a multicountry, randomized trial involving pregnant women between 26 weeks 0 days and 33 weeks 6 days of gestation who were at risk for preterm birth. The participants were assigned to intramuscular dexamethasone or identical placebo.

Objectives: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) may increase the risk of osteoporosis and resulting fractures can contribute to disability and mortality of patients. We intended to evaluate the frequency of osteoporosis in male smokers with and without COPD and study whether any correlation existed between osteoporosis and COPD.
Materials And Methods: This case-control study was carried out in the Department of Medicine, Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital, Sylhet, Bangladesh between July 2013 and June 2015.

Materials And Methods: Symptoms of abdominal pain, nausea, borborygmi, flatulence, and diarrhea were noted for 24 hours and blood glucose was estimated at 0 hour and 30 minutes after 25 gm oral lactose load to healthy volunteers. Failure to rise blood glucose level ≥ 1.
