Background: The paper is based on the dataset whose purpose was to deliver, in the form of GBIF-mediated data, diverse materials on the biodiversity of a large mire, Shichengskoe mire (Vologda Region, north-western Russia), including its various mire sites and intra-mire water bodies. The dataset was based on our materials collected for two decades (from 2000 to 2021) in different parts and biotopes of the Shichengskoe mire and complemented by scarce data obtained previously by other researchers. The data contain materials on the diversity of Animalia (2886 occurrences), Bacteria (22), Chromista (256), Fungi (111), Plantae (2463) and Protozoa (131).

Scrutiny of the literature over the past two decades indicates the absence of a unified tactic for the treatment of purulent-destructive forms of pyelonephritis in children, while more and more articles are appearing in terms of a low -key approach to the treatment of renal abscess in children.
Materials And Methods: From 2005 to 2019, we treated 59 children with the renal abscess.
In December 2019, a new SARS-CoV-2 virus, called COVID-19, was identified in the Wuhan province of China, the spread of which determined the development of a pandemic. The lack of publications with evidence-based clinical studies dictate the necessity to cover various, including rare, pathological effects of the virus on the human body and the subsequent effect on it. Nowadays, there is already evidence that the SARS-CoV-2 virus causes specific damage to the vessels (endothelium), myocardium, and kidneys.

Background: The importance of blood lipids in the pathogenesis of sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL) is widely discussed in the literature. However, the published results that hyperlipidaemia causes hearing problems are contradictory. The objective of this study was to establish whether increased lipid levels affect the risk of idiopathic SSNHL.

Recent advances in investigations of chemical structure of lignin give rise to questions about relationship between chemical structure and topology of the macromolecules. In this paper, we made a comparison of results of the studies of chemical and topological structures of lignins. The features of topological structure of lignins of birch and apple wood were identified on the basis of the study of dilute solutions of the lignins by the sedimentation-diffusion analysis and viscometry.

Background: To understand electrophysiological mechanisms that underlie the progression of compensated right ventricular hypertrophy (RVH) to heart failure, the purpose of the study was to evaluate remodeling of ventricular repolarization in connection with hemodynamic abnormalities and vulnerability of the heart ventricles to arrhythmias in RVH rats with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and heart failure.
Methods: PAH followed by heart failure was induced by monocrotaline in adult female Wistar rats. Unipolar epicardial electrograms and cardiac hemodynamic parameters were recorded in situ.

Transverse-electric (TE) surface plasmons (SPs) are very unusual for plasmonics phenomenon. Graphene proposes a unique possibility to observe these plasmons. Due to transverse motion of carriers, TE SPs speed is usually close to bulk light one.
