Several new species of genus Sars, 1835 (Annelida, Trichobranchidae) have been recently described from the Northeast Atlantic Ocean after the detection of a large complex of species based on DNA sequence data from previous research. Some of those species (belonging to the so-called Group A) have already been described elsewhere. In this paper, we revise several clades belonging to Groups B, C and D resulting in the identification of five nominal species: Malm, 1874, Williams, 1984, Jirkov, 1989, Gagaev, 2009, and Parapar, Moreira & O'Reilly, 2016, plus one new species described here as All these species are characterised by a combination of morphological features complemented with a nucleotide diagnostic approach (specific COI nucleotides in the alignment position).

The number of described species of the genus Sars, 1835 (Annelida, Trichobranchidae) has greatly increased in the last years, particularly in the North East Atlantic. In this context, this paper deals with several putative species recently delineated by molecular means within a well delimited clade of . Species are characterised here by a combination of morphological characters, and a complementary nucleotide diagnostic approach.

Since 2016, a number of companies offering primary care services via chats or video calls have entered the Swedish primary care market. This is the first study to investigate whether these services replace other primary care services or if they induce more care and potentially even increase the workload of traditional caregivers. Using administrative care register data from a Swedish region, we find that the use of telemedicine services is associated with higher use of other primary care services (visits and telephone/mail contacts).

In the Bunkeflo project, one elementary school increased duration of school physical activity (PA) to 200 minutes/week while 3 control schools continued with 60 minutes/week throughout the nine elementary school years. We then registered fractures in 3534 children, and evaluated the duration of PA, bone mass and muscle strength in a subsample (n=140) during the intervention and 3 years after. The PA intervention was associated with higher duration of PA both during and 3 years after the intervention.

Design: A group of nurses participated in a continuing education on non-synostotic plagiocephaly in one-to-one or small group sessions at their workplace and received guidelines to follow. An evaluation was conducted with 35 intervention group and 15 control group nurses by asking them two open-ended questions 1 year later; 181 intervention group and 90 control group parents were also asked two open-ended questions and to rate their infant's head shape.

About one third of patients with epilepsy do not become seizure-free despite medication. For some, resective epilepsy surgery is the treatment of choice. There are three randomized controlled trials, with positive results at a follow-up of 1-2 years: two on temporal lobe resections on adults and young people and one on all types of epilepsy surgery on children.

In children and adults with epilepsy, it is important to be aware of and diagnose common comorbidities that may have a large impact on quality of life. Comorbid neurodevelopmental disorders include intellectual disability, autism, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Depression and anxiety are common findings, and also the risk of psychosis is increased.

There are many episodic conditions which may be confused with epileptic seizures. The diagnosis of epileptic seizures is still dependent on a good history and witness report, as well as good knowledge of seizure semiology, and of the symptoms of a variety of differential diagnostic conditions. The principal differential diagnoses in adults and children are outlined in this review.

Pupils in the 6th grade of compulsory schools (age 11-12 years) in representative municipalities in Sweden, participated in a study of cognitive capacity and "neurodevelopmental functioning" in relation to the new Swedish educational goals, set up by the National Agency for Education. Results from four subtests of the WISC-IV, the ESSENCE-Questionnaire, covering concerns regarding different developmental areas, information about educational support and about final subject grades were analysed. Of a total of 396 pupils, 229 (58%) agreed to participate.

Great advances in the systemic treatment in malignant melanoma patients Up until a few years ago there was no systemic treatment with the capacity to prolong overall survival for patients with advanced malignant melanoma. Several new treatments have been established in clinical practice in recent years and they belong to two main groups; checkpoint inhibitors and inhibitors of an intracellular pathway (MAP kinase). The latter drugs are only active in melanomas with an activating BRAF mutation, which is present in half of the patients.

New Swedish guidelines for the management of dyspepsia, H pylori, and duodenal and gastric ulcers The management of dyspepsia in Sweden differs between national county councils, and is often not in line with international recommendations. The Swedish Society of Gastroenterology has together with the Swedish College of General Practice (SFAM) developed new national guidelines for the management of uninvestigated dyspepsia, functional dyspepsia, Helicobacter pylori, and uncomplicated duodenal and gastric ulcers. The new Swedish guidelines emphasize that patients under 50 years of age with new onset of uninvestigated dyspepsia without any alarm symptoms or signs can be managed with the »Test and treat« strategy.

Prescribed drug use for bipolar disorder type I and II in clinical practice Practice guidelines based on available evidence and clinical consensus are available for the treatment of bipolar disorder. We surveyed to which extent those guidelines are implemented in clinical practice in Sweden. We analysed pharmacological treatment in patients with bipolar disorder in 2015 using the national quality register for bipolar disorder (BipoläR).

Lithium is a first line option in the maintenance treatment of bipolar disorder, but several alternative treatment regimens have been introduced in recent years, among them treatment with antiepileptic compounds and atypical antipsychotic drugs. Little is known about if and how this has changed the prescription patterns of mood stabilizers. We analysed trends in prescription of mood stabilisers in Sweden using the national quality register for bipolar disorder (BipoläR), the Prescribed Drug Register, and the Patient Register during the years 2007-2011.

Insects possess a cuticle that covers all tissues exposed to the outside world including the body, the fore- and hindgut and the luminal side of the tracheae. The cuticle is a multifunctional device that protects its carriers against dehydration, arms them against predators, constitutes a physical barrier to prevent pathogen entry and serves as an exoskeleton allowing locomotion. Depending the developmental stage and the body part, the composition and function of the cuticle changes.
