Molluscum contagiosum (MC) is a mucocutaneous viral infection, often self-limiting but untreated lesions can often last for 2 months to 2 years. Previously intralesional measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine has been tried for the treatment of warts but no studies exist of its use in MC.
