Objective: To analyze long-term clinical and biomarker features of anti-contactin-1 (CNTN1) autoimmune nodopathy (AN).

Methods: Patients with anti-CNTN1 autoimmune nodopathy detected in our laboratory from which clinical information was available were included. Clinical features and treatment response were retrospectively collected.

Multi-actor system dynamics in access to disease-modifying treatments for multiple sclerosis in Southeast Asia: A regional survey and suggestions for improvement.

Background: Despite the global availability of multiple sclerosis (MS) treatments, accessing and financing them in Southeast Asia (SEA) remains a challenge. This descriptive survey-based study aimed to describe the current state of MS treatment access and local access dynamics within this region.

Methods: The survey questionnaire, comprising of 15 closed-ended and five open-ended questions, was developed by three neurologists with expertise in MS and routine MS patient management, or had training in neuroimmunology.

Good Outcome With Respect to Acute Necrotizing Encephalitis in Children Associated With Post-infectious SARS-CoV-2.

This case report demonstrates an excellent outcome in a child with acute necrotizing encephalitis that was likely associated with the post-infectious SARS-CoV-2. The aim of this report is to emphasize that early diagnosis and initiation of immunotherapy treatment may yield good outcome, particularly with the use of tocilizumab and high-dose methylprednisolone. Post immunotherapy, significant neurological improvement was seen through the gradual improvement of Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 6 to GCS score of 12 within three weeks and subsequently acquired almost full neurological function with minimally dependent activity of daily living (ADL) at eight weeks in the post-treatment follow-up.

The Fate of Coracoid Graft after Latarjet Procedure: Arthroscopic and Open Findings of Graft Union and Glenoid Remodelling.

Successful Latarjet procedures depend on many factors including graft union and subsequent restoration of the glenoid surface. Coracoid graft union has been studied; however, remodelling of the glenoid has not been studied extensively. We present two Latarjet cases in which coracoid screws were removed due to hardware issues, at 12 months postoperatively in one patient and at six months in another.

Effectiveness of a Nutritional Mobile Application for Management of Hyperphosphatemia in Patients on Hemodialysis: A Multicenter Open-Label Randomized Clinical Trial.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of a phosphate mobile app (PMA), MyKidneyDiet-Phosphate Tracker ©2019, on hemodialysis (HD) patients with hyperphosphatemia. A multicenter, open-label, randomized controlled trial design allowed randomization of patients with hyperphosphatemia to either the usual care group (UG; receiving a single dietitian-led session with an education booklet) or the PMA group (PG). Thirty-three patients in each intervention group completed the 12-week study.
