Hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated cation channel 1 (HCN1) is predominantly expressed in neurons from the neocortex and hippocampus, two important regions related to epilepsy. Both animal models for epilepsy and epileptic patients show decreased HCN1 expression and HCN1-mediated I current. It has been shown in neuroelectrophysiological experiments that a decreased current can increase neuronal excitability.

Functional studies were determined by immunohistochemistry of PDAC samples from patients and -Cre; LSL-Kras; Trp53 (KPC) mice, three-dimensional spheroid culture, flow cytometry, MTT and subcutaneous xenograft experiments. Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) possesses tyrosine kinase activity and participates in cell growth, differentiation and migration, and survival. Its alterations, mainly including mutations, amplifications, and overexpression are associated with poor prognosis and are one of the major drivers in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Adversarial attacks pose a security challenge for deep neural networks, motivating researchers to build various defense methods. Consequently, the performance of black-box attacks turns down under defense scenarios.
