[Asymptomatic infections of the genital tract and infertility].

Diagnosis of male genital tract inflammations plays a significant role in andrology. Although genital infections are often silent they can severely impair male infertility. In seminal plasma of 100 patients were determined IgG and SigA (radial immunodiffusion) the number of peroxydase-positive cells in addition to conventional semen parameters and microbiological investigations.
